  4. MSP is a document processing utility for MS-DOS and PC-DOS that
  5.  
  6.     1) numbers sections, paragraphs, figures and tables
  7.     2) resolves symbolic cross references to sections, paragraphs,
  8.        figures and tables
  9.     3) builds a table of contents, a list of figures and a list
  10.        of tables
  11.  
  12. MSP is not a word processor and it is not an outline processor.
  13. It complements your existing word processing package by providing the
  14. numbering and cross reference features not available with any current
  15. word processing package.

  17. MSP should work on any MS-DOS or PC-DOS computer.  It does not 
  18. contain code that references any IBM-PC specific hardware features.

  104.       Now check for and report paragraph level numbers that increase by 
  105.       more than 1, eg going from level 2 to level 4.

  107.       Added a new command line switch, /W, to check for .PA (in any 
  108.       combination of upper and lower case) in the first 3 columns of a 
  109.       line and to treat same as equivalent to a form feed.  This should 
  110.       make WordStar users happier.
